Cancellation and No Show Policy

All cancellations are required to be made 24 hours before your appointment via email, text or phone call. A failure to notify in this time period will result in a full fee to be paid for the appointment. Not showing up without a cancellation or cancelling within 24 hrs of your appointment will be considered a no show and will result in a full fee before future appointments are accepted.

We are a small business trying to serve our community and raise our family. Late cancellations and no shows impact our ability to do so.
